BlueSCSI

A BlueSCSI v2 board, a small blue PCB with a Raspberry Pi Pico and a microSD slot

  • BlueSCSI — an open source, open hardware SCSI emulator built on the Raspberry Pi Pico.
  • Stands in for the hard drive in my Mac Plus. Disk images live on a microSD card; name the file correctly and the machine just boots.
  • The Pico W version also emulates a DaynaPORT SCSI/Link, which means a 1986 Macintosh gets Wi-Fi over the SCSI bus.
  • Alongside my nettalk docker container, I was able to print to a modern printer via wifi + localtalk emulation.
